Yes, if the EPA is reporting a AQI (Air Quality Index) over 150 class will be rescheduled. AQI Between 100-150 the session will be modified to accommodate the air quality.
At any point if a athletes or coach feels unsafe class will be rescheduled at no cost.

The land owner will issue a permit or written permission to operate. In the case of Black Mountain we have a permit from the City of San Diego. General Liability Insurance is required to operate on City property.
Bike Trips will have minimum requires indicated in the description. If not indicated there is NO minimum.
One-on-One's can only happen when you show up. :)
Group Clinics only have a maximum number of athletes as indicated in the descriptions.

Bike Safety Checks for Group Classes should be performed by a Partnering Bike Shop no more than two days prior to your scheduled clinic.

In accordance with USA Cycling and local authority guidelines coaching session may be canceled/ rescheduled if temperatures are outside the ranges of 50 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
Starting from the Glider Port to the base of Miner's Loop, Lilac is a great flow trail in the trees with sturdy trail features, bridge crossings and rock hops. The grade on Lilac makes it perfect for practicing flow skills, cornering on tight single track and stringing together features.
Black Widow is one of the more technically challenging trails on Black Mountain, featuring strong berms, short drops and tight corners with plenty of space between each. This makes it one of the best places on the mountain to practice intermediate to advanced skills.
Lusardi Creek Loop Trail is great for group clinics and offers the perfect terrain for a range of skill levels. Key features include flat corners, which are easy to learn but hard to master, and wide, rocky trails that teach control in uneven conditions.
Tiki East Backcountry is located on private land just east of Lake Hodges in San Diego and is only available to MTBCornering coaching clients. The terrain in very steep making it perfect for learning 6'+ rock drops, high speed bike/body control and technical descending.
